How to avoid being listed in spam lists while sending marketing campaigns?

Our current issue is that our mail campaign system is being marked as spam.

Timeline of events :

• Event 1 : IP marked as spam sender, by a blocklist. This results in not only our marketing campaigns, but regular client communications as well, either being outright rejected, or being delivered to spam.

• Resolution 1 : This being first offence, we are able to remove ourselves manually.

• Prevention 1 : We move our campaign system from our main server, and separate it into two, later three, additional servers.

Campaigns are resumed.

• Event 2: Our domain is added into Googles’ spam list. This results in not only our marketing campaigns, but regular client communication as well, being delivered to spam.

• Resolution 2: Due to how google structures their spam listings, we are unsure whether our pleas to be removed were answered, or if our domain was simply delisted because we suspended our campaigns, but in a month and a half, we are removed from the spam list.

• Prevention 2: Move our campaign sending mailboxes to a different domain. (the different domain is fairly similar to our main domain name)

Campaigns are resumed.

• Event 3: Both of our domains are added to a spam list. This results in not only our marketing campaigns, but regular client communication as well, mostly being outright rejected, and sometimes delivered to spam. It also creates a weird feedback loop, where letters from our clients, that in some way include our domain name, are being sent to spam for us, because our service provider uses the same spam list that blocked us.

• Resolution 3: After applying for removal, and being declined twice by automated messages, we are able to reach a person, who agrees to de-list our main domain, which hasn’t been sending marketing campaigns for a while. Our secondary domain, used only for marketing campaigns remains blocked.

• Prevention 3: Our campaigns are suspended until we can figure out a way to prevent further listings, seeing as those would likely not be removed so easily.

We use a tool called persistIQ, and our daily volume is about 6k.

We would like to be able to keep sending same volume campaigns and retain uninterrupted communications with our current clients. We are open to any suggestions.
