Well, Zoho have incredibly slow customer service (they reply after a week or so, with a link to sort out the problem), from what I have seen they very rarely sort out the situation, and if they do it is usually a temporary solution.
I personally think it's quite hard to navigate around the Control Panel, this might be because I am so used to Gmail and Hotmail.
I also in no way think you are safe on Zoho, there is a guy called Zack who I believe is a Regional Coordinator or something for Zoho. I was looking for some more information on Zoho, so put his name into Google Search and the results were shocking- this guy is basically a hacker for Western Union and Paypal. When I saw his Facebook profile, he has a vast number of PayPal account details (names, addresses, card details). This was most certainly a turn off for Zoho, whether it be a coincidence or not- I will not be returning.
