Copy E-Mail Addresses Into A File

Last year I sent e-mails about a community project to 95 people, all in separate e-mails. They are all listed in my "Sent" folder. I would like to send all of them a new e-mail about this same community project. How can I get all of these e-mail addresses shown in my "Sent" folder into the "Contacts" folder or in to a file where I can send all of them an updated e-mail this year?
