I have known-good addresses on my mail.com whitelist, but messages from these people continue to go into the spam box. The addresses in the whitelist have the standard form: username@domain.com. If anybody knows why this format doesn't work, please let me know. PS: See related thread at...

When I go to my spam box (on webmail), I only see about 10 messages per month. Why so few? I have had my mail.com address for many years and am sure it receives a lot more than this.

This is not a question, but more of a hint regarding the mail.com whitelist. (The whitelist is used to make known legitimate mail go into the inbox and not the spam box.) If you want to put an entire domain on the whitelist, be sure to put an @ sign before the name, such as @domain.com...
