EQ Admin EQ Forum Admin Staff member May 28, 2015 #10 Are you able to login using the web site mail.yahoo.com? Which geographic region are you in? Are both accounts in yahoo.com? Can you configure both at the same time and show your mail program successfully logging into one account and not the other?

EQ Admin EQ Forum Admin Staff member May 30, 2015 #17 The problem was that the second account could not connect and received Yahoo Error Code MBR #1240 because the account had Yahoo 2 step login verification enabled. We created an app password for Microsoft Outlook and now the account can connect to Yahoo using the POP3 mail server settings.
