Thank you for your response. The site that you sent is the one that I tried and could not find a match that applied to my computer.
Do not know what else to do, and now they do not like my incoming email address???
Thanks anyway.

The message could not be sent because the server rejected the sender's e-mail address. The sender's e-mail address was 'sunup-sundown@sbcglobal.net'. Subject 'hi', Account: 'POP3', Server: 'smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '530 authentication required - for help go to http://help.yahoo.com/sbc/dsl/mail/pop/pop-11.html', Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 530, Error Number: 0x800CCC78
In your settings check the box for saying the smtp server requires authentication and use your pop username and password for the values. Are you able to send email with that server setting now?
It started up again.
It does not like the pop email.
I used sbcglobal.net and sbcglobal.yahoo.net
Neither one was acceptable.
Don't know anything else to try.

Here is the latest error message
The host '.pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.net' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'Anrra77', Server: '.pop.sbcglobal.yahoo.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 40, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11004, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D
that seemed to work, at least no error came up, but now the other one
smtp came up with an erroragain:
