Yahoo provides limited support for free email accounts. If their recovery tools don't work for you then you may be out of luck.

I've tried signing in at my hotmail account but they've change the set up to Microsoft outlook. You can't even find your hotmail inbox. I've been sending verification code in my hotmail account but I can't find my inbox. Popowich, is there any other way I can open my yahoo account? I've been using this for 15 yrs. Thank you.
