help with hotmail

Someone please help!!!! my boyfriend cant access his hotmail account, I've followed all the usual steps, I cant get an access code because its a old email they will send it to and he doesn't have access anymore, we've tryed filling out a report using my emailas a contact email and the report came back saying that we don't have enough information because he doesn't send emails or have a xbox live account!!! please please please help!!! his iphone has gone mad and erased all his contacts from the device and everything from icloud! We are havin a lil melt down here help help help

How long has it been since he last accessed the account?

Was it more than 6 months and your Hotmail account was deactivated?

Was it more recently but you suspect you need to recover a hacked Hotmail account?
