gmail email help

all my passwords are messed up. Ihave sort of blamed it on robo form but a yahoo email i didn't send had someone elses address (plus) mine. My yahoo inbox was full of undeliverable mail. Plus my gmail account was blocked and still is. Some one sent a lot of spam on my accounts. When I got out of the hospital I was looking forward to reading all my email. I have spent days trying to connect to my email accounts. i hate those little puzzels you have to solve.

I am disabled and it hurts to type. Isn't there some one who could talk on the phone at gmail.
