Can't Receive emails

    My friend is not eble to recieve their emails on hotmail? Is there anything i can do to retrieve them emails?

    Are they accessing their hotmail with the webmail or a pop3 mail program?

    Any errors? Or is the problem simply that no new mails are showing up?

    Take a look at our hotmail help guide and let us know if that helps to fix the problem.
