We receive emails from everywhere from the world but a specific from a domain

    Hi,

    Hope you are doing well.
    We use email service from bluehost.com.
    Our domain is bhis.net.
    We were receiving email from canda.com but currently not receiving.
    We have contacted to canda.com, they said, there is no issue at there end.
    But bluehost support also says that they has no issue to receive canda.com emails.

    What to do now? How to solve this issue.
    This problem I am facing at my office.
    I work for a big corporate company.
    Please help.
