530 Authentication Error using CAMEDIA

I have an Olympus digital camera that uses a Camedia program to edit photos and send emails. Last year I switched from earthlink to sbcglobal.net and not I get the 530 Authentication required error message with the indicated URL AT&T Help
I'm using a PC, Windows XP and my primary email program is Outlook Express.

I've checked that my outgoing server in Outlook Express is the same in the Camedia program and when I go on the Camedia site I can't find any information realted to a 530 authentication error message. Do you have any ideas?

In Outlook Express under the servers tab in your account setup do you have the "my server requires authentication" box checked?

It sounds like your outlook express is configured with smtp-auth, and that your camedia program is not.
