Yahoo is completely undependable

I have been using Outlook to log into Yahoo for email for some time now. Right now, it will not work and shows and shows the login is rejected by Yahoo.

I deleted the account in Outlook and replaced it. No help.

I am able to log in to the account by going to the web.

Now what...??
