Yahoo highest level support can’t help me recover my account

I’ve been having trouble logging in on my account. Whenever i tried loggin in it says “email can’t recognize” and whenever i send an email on the account i’ll receive a reply that it wasn’t deliver and account has been disabled. I’ve spoke with an agent over the phone, chat email, and they just stopped helping me, saying they can’t help me with further information and i should create a new account. Does this means my yahoo email has been deleted and disabled forever? There’s no way i can get it back? All my important emails and stuff are linked on my account. Can someone please help me with this. I did provide all the information they asked me and i even sent a valid id and once i sent the id they just ended the chat and tried contacting them again and they just keep saying they couldn’t provide anymore information.
