D Dottie New Email Dec 28, 2008 #1 I would like to know why On Dec.27th, 2008 at 9:15 PM central time I received an Email from a neighbor across town and the time stated it was sent Monday Dec. 28 at 8:00 AM. This happens all the time how can it be?

EQ Admin EQ Forum Admin Staff member Dec 29, 2008 #2 Re: Time Hi Dottie, There are a couple reasons why this may be happening including: The clock on either your computer or your neighbors computer is set incorrectly The timezone on either your computer or your neighbors computer is set incorrectly The clock or timezone on your ISP's mail server is set incorrectly The timezone in the mail program used to to send or read the email is set incorrectly If you reply with the full email headers from one of the emails I can help you find out where the problem is. -Raymond
