Will changing Verizon email alias prevent junk mail?

    It depends. If you give out your alias and that mostly the address that's receiving spam, then you might reduce your spam for a while by changing the alias you give out. I would also check where you are entering your email address to reduce the amount of spam received. Adding the use of disposable addresses to your use of email aliases might help to reduce how much spam you receive since you'll be able to give a more temporary address to sites that you don't trust to not sell your information.
