I recently changed my email platform from: ‘John-Lewis.com’ to ‘Yahoo .com’ so I had to inform all my contacts of the change.
All access to the John-Lewis platform had been immediately blocked (ie no stored emails, no contact list and no folders) so emails regarding the change would have to be sent as Yahoo emails.
I thought a simple BCC email from the new Yahoo.com email site would suffice, but. . . . .
It seems that emails sent from an email address which the recipient has not received before are not recognised but are sent to the recipient’s junk/spam folder and may never be read.
This is a ridiculous situation and I would like someone out there to suggest a way round this block.
