    The Yahoo customer service phone number is 1.866.562.7219

    Also, there is additional support available if you upgrade to Yahoo Mail Plus

    The old customer service number above has been shut down.

    The new customer service phone number for Yahoo Mail is 1-800-318-0612

    they said account violating terms . but i has used 2 year and never violating terms . I was trying to explain . but they did not help me . Also they blocked all account I sign up in 4 - 5 days .

    You're right, the most recent phone number isn't working. Their help site states there isn't a phone number anymore.

    It's possible they're going with free self help online options until the sale of their products and company to others such as Verizon is completed.

    Hi Sir Popowich,

    I have a question regarding yahoo,

    I can log in to my yahoomail using my correct password, however, they asking me to provide the verification code wherein it will be send to my old phone #.

    The thing is I dont have access to my old phone # and I forgot the whole digit of the mobile number.

    Is there any way I can recover my yahoo and access it again.
