I took a few minutes to review their web site. They mention webmail and pop3 access for premium email accounts but there is nothing documented about it on their web site. Also, no common records such as mail pop pop3 or smtp exist in their DNS. It appears to be a new start-up started in September 2010 that is insecurely collecting private information including birthdays. It also appears to be targeting kids but not following COPPA laws. I would not trust that site to host my email or use a password there that I use on any other site. I also would not trust sending them a $3 payment for the email account until you can find a trusted source to confirm that it is a working service and that they are happy with the account. If you still want them to host your email address their web page lists firstname.lastname@example.org as a support contact email address.
