Recurrent email

    I use Thunderbird for email and Fox Fire for a browser. I have received an answer from an inquiry I sent to a Toyota dealership and the same reply to my inquiry keeps recycling back to me every time I open my mail program. I marked it as junk, deleted it and emptied the trash and nothing worked. I called the dealer and she deleted my name from her email program. My IT contacts think it is caught in a loop of my local server which is and only you can delete it permanently.
    The email address is and the delivery date and time is June 21, 2010 @7:28 PM It is always the same time stamp and the identical email. It is driving me nuts. Please fix it.
