Problem with sending email to specify domain

    Have you tried sending from an alternate account such as a Gmail account? It sounds like the receipient's mail server is either blocking email from Yahoo, or blocking some of the Yahoo IP's based on blacklist or IP reputation at the time.

    Are you sending using the Yahoo mail servers or are you trying to send as Yahoo using a 3rd party mail server? The Yahoo sending policy requires using Yahoo services for sending email as Yahoo email addresses.
