Outlook Express download error


New Email
Error message is "An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'comcast.net', Server: 'mail.comcast.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C0133". I'm at a losss as what to do. Can't receive any emails. Have no problem with Internet Explorer. This problem is of recent vintage (about 3 days).
