my hotmail password is not valid anymore

I tried to access my email account lynn.ann@live.ca but i could not access it because it said my password was incorrect.I have never changed my password so why can't I access my email????

Also, do you know the answers to your security questions? If those changed it's possible that you were phished and someone else has control of your email account.
