One of my customer sent emails from (info@bankasya.com.tr) email address to (sadiksay80@hotmail.com). After a while he checked his hotmail account and he didn't receive any email. This is just an example of my problem. I received that kind of problem from my customers several times. What could be the problem? Please I need your help
The problem that I mentioned above has happened on Aug 18, 2015. I couldn't find any log on that day. I listed outgoing IP Addresses below:
