I am sorry to hear that you are missing messages from your webmail account. When you check your email account with software on your computer, for example with Outlook Express, by default the email is downloaded from our servers to your webmail account to a local folder on your computer. The webmail account can only see messages that are still located on our servers.

The instructions vary slightly between e-mail programs. To configure your email software to leave a copy of e-mail messages on the server please use the following directions for configuring outlook express as a guide for configuring your e-mail program:
