How to verify yahoo account when phone number is no longer in use

My Yahoo account is linked to the phones Gmail but I tried to upgrade to Yahoo mail but I don't remember the Yahoo account password and they asked me to verify the account using phone number but I no longer have the phone number so is there another way to verify account
