How to set up windows mail account using yahoo email address

I'm trying to set up my windows mail account using my yahoo email address but I don't know what the incoming server type, incoming/outgoing server. I've tried pop3, 127.0.0.1 but I keep getting

The connection to the server has failed. Account: '127.0.0.1', Server: '127.0.0.1', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10013, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

You either need to upgrade to a premium yahoo mail account or use a program such as YPOPS :
