To have all of your incoming email automatically forwarded from Outlook.com to another email address:
To have all of your incoming email automatically forwarded from Outlook.com to another email address:
- Go to the top right, click the Settings gear, and select More Mail Settings
- Within the Managing your Account section click Email Forwarding
- Click the radio button for Forward your mail to another email account and type in the forwarding address
- Then decide whether you want to keep at copy of email at Outlook.com and click Save
