How to automatically delete old email from folders

Hello,

Do you have a lot of junk email or saved messages within your Microsoft Outlook folders?

The following steps can be used to automatically set a limit on the number of emails in your folders.

First, right click on the folder that you want to change and select Properties :

Then select the AutoArchive Tab :


Create your settings, for example permanently deleting emails over over two weeks old :

Wen you are done click Apply and then OK.
