How to add email forwards in Office 365

Email forwards are created as user alias addresses in Office 365.

To create additional email aliases that a user can receive email as first go to your Users & Groups management page:

Then click on the user and select manage email aliases:

Type in the email alias then click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
