hotmail missing contact list

Where have all my contacts list gone when I changed from MSN to hotmail? I have lost my contact list?

Hi Annie,

Hotmail can recover your contact list for you.

To recover your missing contacts, please provide us your Hotmail account and at least 3 e-mail addresses that was included in your contacts list. Once we've verified your account, we'll be sending you the list of the contact that we recovered to your Hotmail account.

If you ask for Windows Live Support help they will restore the contact list.
