hotmail address not receiving

When I send e mail from my g mail address to the hotmail address of a friend it is received. When I send mail from my yahoo or hotmail address it is NOT received although it does not bounce back to me--just disappears into thin air it seems. What is the problem?

Hotmail seems to be blocking some Yahoo mail servers right now :

Do you get any bounce messages back to your Yahoo or Gmail accounts?

Check your spam folders in case they are there instead of your inbox.
