Experiencing MTA Connectivity Issues Today

The following is an announcement from the Yahoo Mail Postmaster Team :

If you're seeing some queuing in your outbounds today when sending to Y! users, we're currently experiencing low connectivity across our MTAs, which started this morning. We're working to get things back to normal. The SMTP error message being generated by the issue should be: "420 Resources unavailable temporarily. Please try later <insert Y! MTA hostname>"Our apologies for the inconvenience.

The problems appear to have been an issue for only a few hours :

Our MTAs' connectivity levels are stable and back to normal, folks. Thanks for hanging in there.

This issue you were referring to with the "420 Resources unavailable temporarily. Please try later" still seems to be happening. Our outbound queues are struggling to communicate with your yahoo MTAs.

Good news this Monday morning: The connectivity levels across our MTAs are looking good (through the weekend and so far today), and we expect it to stay that way. If you still have queues to Yahoo! Mail, you should see improved delivery going forward.

At around 6am PST, we again started experiencing low connectivity on our MXes, and we have since been working incessantly to improve the situation. As before, the SMTP error message being generated by the issue will generally be the following:

"420 Resources unavailable temporarily. Please try later <insert Y! MTA hostname"

However, some senders may see our other "421" SMTP error messages as well, as listed here:

Hello,

Is the IP for the mail server that you are asking about 217.156.75.100? It does not appear on any blacklists which is a good start.

How fast do you send email to Yahoo? Try sending fewer emails per IP and spreading them out across multiple IP address with matching forward and reverse DNS. You can also try to lower how many connections you are opening to the Yahoo mail servers at the same time.

Yes, it is.
There are 5 simultaneous connections on and send about 8000 emails daily in scheduling 8.30-18.30!
I think our email server David-Faxware, do not know that spreading.
