hi im trying to recover my password for my old email account that i use for facebook,i havent used this email in years only for facebook,now i need a verification code on a game i play through facebook and i cant get my password.i have a password for facebook but its obviously different that the one i created years ago..please help

Which email service is the account with? If it's been years it might have been disabled and eventually deleted. Worst case you should be able to create a new email address and associate that with your Facebook account so you can receive email from the game.
