Once or twice amonth I receive the following message:
Message number 10 could not be retrieved. Account: 'mail.optusnet.com.au', Server: 'mail.optusnet.com.au', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Message 10 expunged.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800420CD
Could you please tell me what it means and what can I do about it.
When the problem happens do you have more than 1 mail program downloading your email? For example two different computers set to download your email with pop3 connections.
Part of the error indicates to me that message 10 might have been downloaded/deleted while yo were trying to download it.
