E-mail not being sent or received reliably

Over the past 3-4 weeks, we've had trouble sending e-mails to our Hotmail-using authors via our boruma@borumapublishing.com e-mail, and we're having just as much trouble receiving e-mails from them. It's intermittent. Sometimes e-mails will make it through. About 90% of the time, they vanish into the cyber and are never seen again. The techs at HostGator say everything is going out properly and being received...somewhere...which is why we're not getting any bounce-back messages. This is seriously impacting our business, so can someone please help? Thank you!!

Most likely Hotmail is dropping email from Hostgator IP addresses with bad reputations.

Can you post the full headers from an email that was successfully received somewhere else?

We need those to figure out some of your outgoing IP addresses and see if that's the cause.
