Some services with IMAP backends will mark an email deleted, but not move it to the Trash until it's expunged. Does logging out of the Charter webmail trigger the expunge and make the emails show up in your Trash? Do you have any options in the webmail that reference wordings that sound like IMAP, mark as deleted, or expunge? to Email Questions!
