Cannot log in my email because forgot password

I cant access my email address. Its a hotmail account. I forgot my password and the code is not being sent to my mobile phone. My email contains alot of important emails which i require. Please can you email me the solution to artausten2002@hotmail.com. My email address which i cant access is ashleyausten84@hotmail.com
