Cannot get into my AOL account


New Email
Have had this account for years. Suddenly yesterday was asked to sign in which I did. I then received a message saying incorrect password. Knew it was correct but sent a forgotten password message and was literally going back and forth all day. Redirected me to AOL. CO. UK, and I as told I could not change this online. Tried to call the UK no only to get a message saying this was no longer operational. Gave had to email which can take up to 72 hours. No access to my emails so how can they resolve this. Absolutely abysmal. Can anyone please, offer any advice. I know I'm not the first to report this. Thanks all
