Attachments taking to long

    When I try to attach a document or a photo the attachment icon just keeps spinning. It doesn't attach the item. is there a problem with my account or is a system problem?

    We need some more information to help you troubleshoot this issue.

    • Which e-mail service or e-mail program you are using?
    • Have you recently made any changes to your computer?
    • Are your anti-virus, spyware detection, and firewall applications all up to date?
    • If applicable, which web browser do you use? (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, other)
