Password recovery

I'm trying to access my mail.com account from another country and it is not recognising my password. When I ask for help they keep sending me the same form to fill, but no solution.

There is some feedback and a couple recovery links to try at the top of this forum - Mail.com

They work for some people, not others. This is one of the dangers of using a free email service. There is limited support for free email accounts.
