How to automatically equally distribute emails among different people

    In my company we need to distribute e-mails received in the company main email among the staff so each one can help answering each e-mail.

    I need to know if it can be done automatically, each different person, getting one different email to answer and then repeating again.

    We use outlook 2007, but any other software suggestion that could do that is fine.
