Is it possible to setup an Administrator Email Account, the main purpose of this admin account is to receive all messages from all email accounts, in case one of the employee is on leave. We are using email server from our hosting but it is setup in outlook.

Hope you can help me guys.

    Thanks You

I'm assuming you want the messages available to the original recipient. The simplest way to do this is with a forward or alias. The terminology depends on your provider.

Most email servers will let you setup a forward in addition to a mailbox. Say your mailbox is xyz@somecompany.com. You can leave the mailbox as is but setup a forwarder or alias for xyz@somecompany.com to your mailbox or a new mailbox (admin@somecompany.com).

I use the mailbox + forward 'trick' with some clients. Their support mailbox copies messages to me with a forward so that I can reply/head off any issues before they even know there is a problem. Other than that, I just delete anything that isn't relevant to me.
