About 2 days ago Yahoo started blocking my email sending capability,
on the grounds that suspicious activity had been detected in my account, and in order to protect me and other users from spammers,
sending had been curtailed.
Yahoo did not say what the nature of the suspicious activity was.
The foregoing coincided with the introduction of a required character
string entry , hitherto not required. This innovation is the work of
a group called the Captcha project at Carnegie Mellon University.
I have repeatedly notified the Yahoo postmaster, but to no avail
I recall thanking you originally, obviously it somehow failed to register.
So, I'll thank you again. Am beside myself with joy that Yahoo restored my
sending privilege, because that's what it really is.
