unable to access my webmail

each time i tried to log on to my company mail through the company website, it shows login details as successful and thereafter, it shows internal server error and user is over quota. i cannot access the inbox at all for me to delete old emails. please help out.

What is the link to your company webmail?

Is it powered by an email service such as Google Apps or Yahoo for Business?

If the webmail is not working, try checking with your support and finding out if you can connect with a mail program on your computer configured as an IMAP connection to access and cleanup your inbox & folders.
