Store doesn't answer email.

    Hi.
    Over a month ago I asked a store if they could make a custom made item. They said yes and also said that they would let me know if there were any problems/when the item was done. I waited for a long time and after not receiving any mail I decided to send them another email. They never answered that email. What should I do? As I mentioned I've been waiting for a very long time and I need the the custome made item as soon as possible. Is there anything wrong with my email that either makes it impossible for me to receive a response or impossible for them to receive the mail? Because according to them it wouldn't even take near this long time to get the item done. What should I do?

    Hello, it's impossible to know from this information if it's an email problem or if they're not responding to you. Try calling them to get an update and also ask about if you should have received an email from them.

    Sent them an email yesterday which they responded to, they said they had been on vacation last week, but it still doesn't explain why I didn't get a response to the other mails I sent weeks before that. I deleted a lot of emails in my inbox, could too many mails in the inbox have been the problem? Even though I still received other emails?
