hello,

I am the computer technician under contract to a small business.
A new employee (the boss's son) will soon receive their own e-mail address of the company. To check emails that will send new employee, I would set up a system that would allow another employee to do the checking before final submission. He will probably use Outlook 2010 or Thunderbird. Is it possible to create a rule that will implement this system or it's on the server to do the change?

I've never heard of an email system or server that works in this way, allowing a moderator to approve or reject messages sent by clients before they're actually sent to the recipient.

I think you'd get the best result by looking for a customised email solution from someone like LuxSci (www.luxsci.com). They may be able to help you out with a tailormade solution that'll fit your needs.
