I use Outlook for my email (a live.com) account on my desktop and on my tablet and I also have it on my Windows phone. When I delete, it isn't syncing - so I have to delete everything 3 times. How can I get around this? My gmail accounts work (they are set up as IMAP) but when I look at the account in Outlook, it says it is "Exchange Activesync" - I have Office 365.
How big is your email account? ActiveSync should be good unless you have really big email folders. In that case you might want to try a second profile configured as IMAP to see if it works any better for you.
It's possible your Office 365 doesn't support IMAP. If it does, and it works info, please share the success in a reply.
