For some reason, I am not receiving emails from an eircom.net account unless they reply to an email I sent. If they send a new email to my Hotmail account it does not reach me. It is not in my junk folder nor any of their folders, apart from their sent folder. Can you please help?
This is a common problem, but with many different solutions. I just checked your domain eircom.net. You don't have an SPF record set up. The first thing I would do is test your email configuration and authentication and go from there.
