My wireless connection prefers my neighbors over my linksys wireless router

Hello,

My laptop has built in wireless. I've done a lot of checking but can't figure out how to keep it locked to my linksys wireless router. It likes to jump to my neighbors network who has an open wireless network available. I'm not sure which neighbor it is but their network covers my entire house. Anyway, is there a way to say when my network is there stick to it? It's already preferred but that didn't fix the problem.

I think I got it figured out. I had to change them to an on demand network. The box for tat had been throwing me becuase went I changed them away from automatic it kept giving me a pop up warning about how a connection to their network would now be unencrypted, as if I was somehow making the connection worse when in reality there is no change at all.
